Coco Bongos staff INCREDIBLE! TUI waste of time don’t bother booking their “TUI specific night” promoting priority early entry and access…. Was dropped off a mile away in the bronx, walking back was FUN to say the least at 3am no guide! Waiting over an hour for entry! Show itself rated 10/10 but waste of time booking with TUI and when going to enquire they said “did you not see the TUI logo flash up on screen” THAT was the special experience HA! Book with a bongos rep around the pool!

Great experience. Hotel pick up was smooth and quick, with clear instructions on where to meet for the return. This was in a street close by to Coco Bongos - about a 5 minute walk. Great value for money for the ticket price as all food and drinks were included.

Bought the royal package for 4 of us … Should have been seats , premium drinks , food ….not happy you shouldn’t sell tickets if you don’t know what you’re selling ….£453 for 4 people ….. 2sat 2 stood , no vodka in drinks , no food and the staff let people with floor tickets in to the area we had paid for …… Bus had changed when we came out without no notification …. Scary 4 woman in Mexico … You need to find out whet you are promoting …. It’s not true to description offered in website ….

Whole show was incredible but I wasn’t comfortable with mini bus service. We were dropped off on a back street and told to make our way back there by 2.30am for pickup. Definitely wouldn’t have been comfortable if just females in a group.
