- Expectant mothers less than five-months pregnant can participate in the dolphin encounter accompanied by another adult and after signing a responsibility waiver
- Children over 120cm are able to participate in the Swim Adventure program accompanied by two adults
- Children above 140cm can participate alone in the program
- Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species
- Dock fee payable at check-in

- The government tax for activities involving swimming with marine animals in dolphinariums isn't included. 50 MXN per person needs to be paid at check-in
